Well, have done the next experiment.
This was a food based one.
On Friday at my work's canteen I saw this white lumpy thing sitting rather incongruously on the edge of the cake stand for sweets. At first I thought it was just some potato salad that had fallen onto the stand and not been wiped off. On closer inspection I realised it wasn't potato salad, but something else. Ignored it and went my way.
Today I heard someone in the queue (my recovering braincells can't remember if it was in front or behind of me) say "See that white thing there? It's marshmallow and white chocolate. I had it on Friday and it was really good"*. Now, as I had been going to buy a muffin with my lunch, I thought "Why not try that instead?" So I did (Theory).
Method: Ask the nice man behind the counter for 'that marshmallow and chocolate thing as well please". Eat.
Description: A confection of marshmallows and chocolate** has been made by alternating layers of white chocolate with dark chocolate biscuits and white marshmallows. When eaten this produces an extreme sugar rush. I eventually ate it all. Took a little while though.
Conclusion: Due to the confection's extreme sweetness, it provoked the apellation of "quite evil really". My recommendations for further study: Not by me, do so at your own peril.
* This small scrap of dialogue is paraphrased due to afore mentioned recovering brain cells. Also I wasn't really paying that much attention to the voice (which may very well have been in my head due to the inability to determine it's location in the queue).
** There is some debate in the food community as to whether chocolate is the correct species to place this particular sustenance in, due to it's distinct lack of, well, anything to do with cocoa really.
